Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline: At ZayTShirts, we take pride in crafting each of our items with care and attention to detail. We guarantee that all orders are delivered within 10 business days (around 14 calendar days) after the order is placed or your money back! Please note that this does not apply to custom pieces as custom items take 20-25 days to create and 5-7 days to ship. 

Generally, please allow 1-5 business days for us to handcraft and prepare your order for shipping. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via standard shipping methods, and delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days to arrive at your specified destination. Expedited delivery is available for purchase at check out. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. We use USPS and UPS for all deliveries. 

We strive to ensure timely delivery and will provide tracking information for your convenience. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. 

ZayTShirts "Returned to Sender" Policy

At ZayTShirts, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you promptly and accurately. However, situations may arise where packages are returned to us. Please review our policy regarding returned packages:

1. Customer-Related Returns

Incorrect Address or Refusal:

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is refused at delivery, this will be considered a customer-related return.
  • We recommend contacting your shipping carrier immediately to resolve the issue before the package is returned to us.
  • In most cases, the package will be returned to our facility. If our team determines the failed delivery is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, inability to contact the carrier), ZayTShirts may charge the customer for the cost of re-shipping the package.
  • If a refund is requested, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that custom pieces in such orders cannot be refunded.

2. International Orders

Refusal to Pay Taxes/Duties:

  • For packages returned from outside the United States due to the refusal to pay import taxes or duties, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping costs incurred by ZayTShirts.
  • Please note that custom pieces in such orders cannot be refunded.

3. Non-Customer Fault Returns

Carrier or Other Issues:

  • If a package is returned due to reasons not attributable to the customer (e.g., carrier error), the ZayTShirts Support Team may either re-ship the package at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
  • Refunds can only be issued if the returned package does not contain any custom-made pieces.

4. Contact and Resolution

  • To resolve issues promptly, please contact our Support Team as soon as you become aware of any delivery issues.
  • Our team is committed to assisting you and ensuring a satisfactory resolution in case of returned packages.

Wrong Address Policy

Regrettably, we cannot make changes to your order. Address changes can be made by contacting your respective shipping carrier.

If a package goes missing due to an incorrectly inputted address, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
